Formal title: "Jurassic Invasion Force"

A large pack of allosaurs is on the move. The generally warm climate of the Jurassic has given way to a freakishly cold winter. The verdant valley that this group of carnivores inhabits has been covered in snow, something that these dinosaurs have never experienced. The cold has driven away all the prey, so this group has gathered to march through a mountain pass and invade a neighboring valley where there is hopefully better hunting. The path they trudge along is lined with fir trees, while behind them, a snow covered mountain juts into the deep blue sky.

I started this scene several weeks ago in early November. The weather in the Atlanta area was unusually cold at that time, and it gave me the idea of doing a scene where dinosaurs of a generally warm climate had to deal with a season that was way out of the ordinary.
